An introductory machine to the model range, giving the same high standard of finished product. This machine was developed specifically to allow minimal capital investment but provide the same quality service as the other machines.

- Semi-Automatic operation with pre-setting facility for travel and mould vibration
- Hard-wired remote control unit for added safety in mould changing
- Hydrostatic Transmission with individual high torque hydraulic motor on each of the drive wheels and on jacking turning wheel
- Large capacity feed tray – one filling is sufficient for any mouldage
- Double action tamper head for a better product compaction and positive demoulding
- One full set of heavy duty high frequency interchangeable mould vibrators, comprising of 2 vibrator elements with variable amplitude, each with individual electric motor drive, complete with mounting plates, leads and plugs
- Full width, hinged mounted operator cab
- Maximum mould area is 1268mm x 490mm
- Cycle Time is typically 25-30 seconds depending on application
- Product height range 190mm – 250mm
- Safety guards all round with captive key locking system
- Capable of 600, 200x200x400mm Hollow blocks per hour
- Produces Solid and Hollow blocks
